I include a set amount of travel in every package to keep things simple and transparent.

• Portrait Sessions: Travel is included within 50 miles. Beyond that, travel is billed at $1 per mile for up to 50 additional miles.

• Traditional Weddings: Travel is included within 120 miles of my current base. Beyond that, a flat travel fee of $65 per 50 miles up to 160 additional miles.

• Traditional weddings over 200 miles: Travel will be quoted separately and customized based on location and logistics.

Mini sessions are delivered within 12 days or less.

Standard sessions are typically delivered within 2-3 weeks.

Wedding galleries are delivered within 5–9 weeks, depending on the time of year and overall workload.

For weather related rescheduling, We choose a tentative backup date at the time of booking in case of this possibility. If plans change, we can always adjust. I’m also never opposed to shooting in light rain if that’s the look you’re going for.

For rescheduling due to personal reasons, one complimentary reschedule is included with all sessions if session is canceled prior to 24hrs in advance. Any additional changes are subject to a $100 rescheduling fee, up to a maximum of two total reschedules.

Yes - a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due the day of your session (or one week before weddings).

My editing style is consistent with the bold, true-to-life look you see throughout my website. That said, every session is different, lighting, location, season, outfits, and even energy can all influence how your final images feel.

I’m always happy to lean into preferences when they’re communicated and within my artistic style, and I do ask for example photos that you’re drawn to. Ultimately, you’re hiring me for my creative eye and the way I interpret each moment, which is what makes every gallery uniquely yours.

Yes all final images include print rights for personal use. You’re welcome to print, share, and display your photos for yourself and loved ones. Commercial use or use for business marketing requires a separate licensing agreement.

Yes, every session and wedding requires a signed contract to secure your date. You’ll receive a copy for your records once everything is signed.

For sessions, booking 1–5 weeks ahead helps secure your preferred date.

After your session, I edit a larger gallery and give you access to a set number of downloads based on your package.

For example, a mini session includes a curated gallery of approximately 40 edited images to view, with 20 downloads included — you choose your favorites.

If you fall in love with more than what’s included (which happens often!), you’ll also have the option to purchase additional images or upgrade your gallery.

Your sessions come with a style guide that provides tons of great advice, beyond that I can give outfit recommendations based on your session type, location, and personal style.

Yes. Your images are safely stored for up to one year as part of your contract. After that time, long-term storage is no longer guaranteed. I highly recommend saving your final files on at least two different types of storage (for example, a hard drive and a cloud service) to keep your photos safe long-term.

USB drives are available upon request — complimentary for weddings and available for $10 for all other sessions.

Galleries stay live for six months, giving you plenty of time to download, share, and order prints.

Outside of family sessions, my contracts include the right to use select images for marketing and portfolio purposes. However, you’re always welcome to submit a request if you’d prefer your photos not be shared and include the reason, more often than not, I’m happy to honor my clients’ wishes whenever possible.

Family sessions are handled differently. Because these sessions include children, I will always respect requests to not use images of your kids for advertising or promotional purposes.
